Description

Common Senses, Inc's mission is to unite youth with and without sensory disabilities and to provide a foundation for youth with sensory disabilities to be capable of entering mainstream society.

Our goals are to:

· Promote interaction of youth with and without sensory disabilities through athletic, social and service learning activities.

· Provide community education on deaf and blind issues.

· Provide avenues for all youth to realize their abilities and build self-confidence through their own actions

As our mission portrays, Common Senses' focus has been on creating programs which allows youth with sensory disabilities to interact with their non-disabled peers, along with developing skills and confidence which can lead to success in life. One key factor in creating our services has been the attempt to draw participation from public, private and special needs schools, along with running activities in and for certain communities in need.
