We promote the use of the Olympic Lifts to kids and others alike to enhance their ability to play sports and improve their overall athletic ability. The Olympic Lifts are the number one way to show athletes how to be explosive with their bodies.

We are have a great relationships with the YMCA Northbranch in Columbus, OH.
