Description

The Coastal Medical Access Project consists of three integrated programs including two free medical clinics, a chronic disease prevention and management program, and MedBank prescription assistance. Residents of Camden, Glynn and McIntosh counties who are uninsured and who meet age and income requirements are eligible for services at the free clinics. MedBank prescription assistance is available to anyone who has no drug insurance, meets drug company criteria, and is referred for prescription medication by a MedBank participating physician.
