Description
Clausen House, founded in 1967, is an Oakland, California-based nonprofit that offers programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities. The residential, educational, and employment services that we provide help our clients develop their abilities and attain greater independence. Our clients proudly give back to the community by being productively employed and by volunteering for a number of good causes including a local convalescent hospital, the humane society, and the county food bank. Clausen House's vision is that clients with developmental disabilities will become integrated into the community at large and reach their fullest potential.
