Description
Since Classroom Central’s inception in 2002, it has served the education and creative needs of the children of Greater Charlotte by providing students with donated merchandise through a free store for teachers. In its first five years, Classroom Central served 126 schools, more than 6,482 teachers and 86,000 students in Charlotte-Mecklenburg and surrounding districts and distributed more than $12 million in free school supplies.
