Non-profit serving adults 50 and over in middle Tennessee with a community-supported place to meet and make friends. We provide opportunities for exercise, dances, education, arts & crafts, travel, social interaction, low cost meals, recreation, games & tournaments, sewing & quilting, supervised adult day care and many free health screenings.
