Claar Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity and licensed international adoption agency placing babies, toddlers, older children, sibling groups and waiting children from around the world with families across the United States. We also provide home study services for Colorado residents, parent education, adoption assistance, and support to orphanages and schools around the world.
