Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati


The Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati is dedicated to building community through gardening, education and environmental stewardship. Sitting in Hauck Botanic Gardens, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati, we maintain a number of spectacular gardens and house one of three horticultural lending libraries in the state. Our cornerstone program, Neighborhood Gardens, is 30 years old and boasts over 45 gardens in nearly 20 different neighborhoods. Children's programming in these gardens and on the grounds of the Civic Garden Center introduce young people to gardening. Additionally, we offer workshops and classes to gardeners of all levels of expertise and house the county's Horticultural Helpline, in cooperation with OSU Extension.
