Circle Tail is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 1997, located 30 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Circle Tail's mission is to provide high quality assistance dogs to people with mobility, hearing, neurologic or psychiatric disabilities and promote the human-canine bond in the community by providing dog adoptions, obedience training, behavior management and boarding services.
