Description
The Circle Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization located in Middle Tennessee. The Circle Center provides community building services for groups and teams in organizations, hospitals, schools, companies, and communities. The Circle Center uses an ancient process known as Peace-Making Circles to help individuals achieve better interpersonal communications, resolve conflict and build trust. This makes it possible for individuals and teams to better serve their organization, family and communities. The Circle Center also trains individuals and organization leaders in group facilitation skills utilizing the Circle Process thereby promoting a culture of trust, peace and team-work in organizations and assisting those organization in the fulfillment of their personal and organization missions.
