501c The mission of CIRCA 2011 is multi-level:
To improve individual health through the Personal Health Care Survey , education on advocacy for your own or family's health and learning what can be done or asked for to optimize health and function.
To improve community health through education, advocacy, community resource building, improved access to services, strength-based organization/community assessments, project planning and community volunteerism.
