Description

We take in any pet (under 30 lbs) in need regardless of their temperment or condition. We get these pets fully vetted immediately upon arrival. All dogs adopted from us are current on all routine vaccines, spayed/neutered, micro chipped, heartworm tested - treated if necessary, fecal tested - treated if necessary, x-ray(s) if needed, dental-remove any loose or rotten teeth if needed, and anything else that is medically necessary for the well being of the pet. We are a NO KILL shelter, which means we will not euthanize to make room for another pet to come into our facility. All pets are kept current on heartworm preventative and flea, tick and mosquito preventative while in our care. We do not receive government funds or help and do rely on donations and adoption fees to help cover most of the expenses. We’re a 501 (c )(3) NON PROFIT rescue which means that any money donated is fully tax deductible.
