Mid-Acts Dispensational Bible Institute is an educational ministry of the Church of the Resurrection -Galena Park, Texas. We offer tuition free education to all students regardless of race, skin pigmentation, political persausion, social status. The Church and Institute are located in a low income mostly Hispanic neighborhood. We are grace oriented ministry, therefore, we do NOT charge for any of our ministries or services we provide such as our food pantry,
