Description
CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare, formerly St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, was founded by the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston. CHRISTUS Foundation seeks to dramatically improve access to health care for those in the greater Houston area who are most often left out and left behind. The Foundation focuses on health, education and wellness to the most vulnerable in our community through both traditional health care and special programs.
