Description
We provide emergency financial assistance in the form of low interest loan, 5%, to those families who have no other financial avenues. The program is administered by the Community Action Team for Columbia County, Oregon. We started this fund because of the need. People were going to Pay Day Loans and paying 524%/year. We started in May 2007 and to date have helped over 33 families.
