Choices, A Community Social Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a 501 (c) 3 classification in the State of Ohio whose stated mission is: “To provide a consumer-operated social, recreational, educational, resource, empowerment, advocacy and recovery center for adults receiving mental health services in the Summit County area.” Choices strives to enhance individual growth and recovery by providing diverse opportunities for members to develop healthy recovery-oriented skills and practices. This mission is fulfilled through the provision of many social, recreational, outreach and educational opportunities including job skills development, computer training, and numerous social events enabling members to increase their self-confidence and social skills.
