Description
CHOICE is a community-based organization serving more than 50,000 individuals each year. Our mission is to increase access to accurate information and essential services concerning reproducitve, sexual, and family health. CHOICE works to overcome and eliminate barrriers that impede access to quality health care and informaiton for all individuals. We fullfill this mission by engaging in education, counseling, referrals, and advocacy thorugh two primary programs: Hotline Services and Community Education, making CHOICE unique in its capacity to educate, inform and advocate for consumers enabling them to obtain needed care and information.
