C.H.O.I.C.E. Inc. was founded in 1987 to serve the students in the Louisville (KY) Community. This comprehensive non-rofit prevention/early intervention program was designed to guide young students to a drug free life. The curriculum that focuses on valuing self, decision making, goal setting, communication, and living a healthy lifestyle.
