Chocolate Matters is a charity based on the farmer-owned, Fair Trade business model established by Divine Chocolate and the cocoa farmers of the Kuapa Kokoo cooperative in Ghana. Chocolate Matters seeks to further the educational message of Kuapa Kokoo, to provide teachers with a curriculum that teaches students about cocoa growing, Ghana and the global chocolate industry - a curriculum that teaches students that other than being delicious, Chocolate Matters.
