Description
Children’s Specialized Hospital, the largest pediatric rehabilitation hospital in the country, provides expert, loving care to children and adolescents with special needs, from birth through 21 years of age. Operated in eleven facilities spanning New Jersey, the Hospital offers a continuum of services including inpatient rehabilitation, ambulatory services, primary/preschool program and long-term care for children with disabilities. The Hospital serves children with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to spinal dysfunction, autism, pervasive developmental disorders, burns, traumatic brain injuries, respiratory problems, cerebral palsy, ADHD, and ventilator dependency. Each year the Hospital serves over 16,000 children.
