The Children's Festival Chorus (CFC) of Pittsburgh, a non-profit organization, is a premier children's choir made up of 150 children, ages 8 to 15, from communities throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. The Children Festival Chorus' mission to provide quality choral education and performance opportunities for children, a professional children’s chorus to audiences and training for future and current music educators. An "ensemble in residence" at Duquesne University, CFC regularly performs with professional arts organizations including the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Pittsburgh Opera, the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh, and produces two of its own concerts each year.
