Description

The Children's Community Programs is a private, not for profit organization serving children in the care of DCF. The One on One Mentor Partnership pairs adult mentors with DCF teens that reside in group homes, foster homes and residential facilities. The mentors provide recreational activities, academic assistance and a life long friend to the teens.
