Based in Augusta, Maine, the Children’s Center is a non-profit organization that provides quality, family-focused services for children. The Children's Center specializes in meeting the developmental needs of children with special needs by offering programs that encourage individual growth and development of children; provides support for their families; and promotes inclusion of all children in the community.
The Children's Center provides early intervention services such as pediatric speech and language, occupational, and developmental therapies to young children from birth through age five who have disabilities and live in Central Maine.
