Description
The Children in Need Foundation (CINF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization created and maintained by current and past members of the Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix. Proceeds from all the fundraising events of the Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix are donated directly to CINF. The foundation board meets on a regular basis to consider grant applications, and investment options for the CINF endowment fund. At the end of Phoenix #99's membership year, the majority of these funds are awarded to a selection of children’s charities and service organizations at the annual Awards Night reception - the remaining funds are channeled into the CINF Endowment Fund, with a view to supporting additional charities in the future.
