Children & Families First strengthens families and communities throughout Delaware by providing quality social, educational and mental health services. It is one of the oldest operating non-profits in Delaware and we have programs which:
• Ensure children’s well-being - Adoption, Foster Care, Emergency In-Home Shelter Care
• Decrease infant mortality - Resource Mothers Program
• Help teens make responsible decisions - A Resource Center for Youth, Seaford House
Residential and Day Treatment Center, Delaware Wrap-Around Program
• Promote positive parenting -Strengthening Families Program, Workshops for divorcing
parents, Relatives Parenting Program
• Help families access the services they need - Safe & Stable Families Program, Rise Up
