Since its founding in 1866, Child & Family Services (CFS) has served as a catalyst through which community members can help one another. We believe that a community works best when it accepts responsibility for all its members.
CFS is a community-based agency and believes the family is the primary vehicle through which human beings perpetuate values and support each other emotionally and materially.
