Child & Adolescent Treatment Services is a non - profit child mental health agency that provides innovative, research - based preventative and treatment progrmas that strengthen the emotional helath and safety of chldren in their homes, school and our community at large. The children we help range from toddlers to teens. Our programs make it possible for children to recover, regain hope and become healthy, safe and thriving adults.
