Child Advocates of Blair County, Inc. is a private nonprofit community-based organization founded in 1982. Creating quality programming focused around the total needs of the family has been a hallmark of CABC, Inc. Child Advocates of Blair County serves over 700 low-income families year and employs over 120 staff members. Blair County Head Start is the largest and most widely recognized of CABC’s programs. Both federally and state funded, the program serves 428 children and families in 14 centers located throughout the county.
