The Child Abuse Prevention Council Placer, is a
private nonprofit organization. Dedicated to the prevention and healing of child abuse, the Council provides an array of programs and victims services that prevent and treat abuse. Services include child and family counseling, parent education, youth support groups, school programs, information and referral.
