Description

The Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) Council of Saginaw County was formed in 1979 is a non-profit agency dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Programming includes: Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) and Child Abuse Prevention Education (CAPE) all contributing to our mission, "We are building communities where children are free from abuse and neglect."
