Description

The Chicago Music Consortium is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization based in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The CMC has a five member Board of Directors and a full time Executive Director. The mission of the CMC is to break the barriers that keep a significant part of the community from a life-enhancing live music experience. The CMC hosts the CMC Symphony Orchestra and Big Band to present live low cost or free concerts in the far western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago. The CMC strives to bring world class music, with the top professional musicians from the Midwest, the United States, Europe, and Asia, to underserved audiences.
