CARC is a multi-faceted human service agency that supports 1,500 children, adults and seniors with developmental disabilities throughout metropolitan Chicago. Formed in 1964, CARC has been a structure of support for individuals with special needs and their families. CARC offers an extensive array of quality programming including early intervention, foster care, respite, job training and resdiential services.
