Description
C.H.E.E.E.R.S. (formerly Survivors United Inc.) is a not-for-profit consumer run, consumer driven recovery oriented behavioral health service agency. We are dedicated to providing strength based recovery principled services for those diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder or behavioral challenges. We offer peer support, socialization, and recreation in a daily schedule of activities that include exercise, self-help groups, hygiene and healthcare, job development and community integration. We also offer programs to strengthen the member's support system of family and/or friends.
