Description

CHANNELS Food Rescue is a perishable food rescue program which "rescues" and distributes to nonprofit agencies perishable food that would otherwise be discarded.

CHANNELS operates The Kitchen School, a culinary-arts job training program for low-income persons or persons reentering society from prison.
The program is designed to provide marketable skills to persons not easily employed.
