Description

Uses horses for relapse prevention in substance abuse, behavior modification, marriages, families, youth, adults. Equine Assisted Addiction Services (EAAS) is effective for all ages to learn and improve upon Creative Thinking, Assertiveness, Relationship Building, Self-Esteem, Problem Solving, Leadership, Teamwork, Positive Attitude, and Non-verbal Communication. Being with a horse helps clients sharpen their present awareness while the reaction of the horse to what the client presents helps to cultivate self-awareness.
