Description
Change A Heart is a 12 month service program that empowers young adults to live simply while serving with a vulnerable population at a nonprofit in Pittsburgh, PA.
We help the community by providing essential services directly to those in need, add additional staff to often overextended nonprofits, provide work experience for young adults and mentor young adults in the spirit of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities.
