Description
The Chagrin Valley PHA Horse Show, Inc. sole purpose is to provide members of the public with World Class Horse Show Jumping in the setting of the Cleveland Metroparks Polo field, where North American Show Jumping began with the first Grand Prix Event in 1965. Since that original event, Show Jumping has blossomed with numerous events throughout the United States. The current activity of this group is the production and management of a charitable Horse Show in July of each year, with net proceeds donated to either one specific or several charitable organizations. In 2006, the Chagrin Valley PHA Horse Show Endowment Fund was founded which will be used to help raise money to preserve and protect Hunter Jumper Classic horse show for generations to come and to provide for Memorial gifts that serve the double purpose of promoting the endowment aims and perpetuating the ideals of those thus remembered.
