Description

Cerebral Palsy Association of The North Country has been providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities since 1975. Our mission is to advocate with and for individuals with cerebral palsy and similar service needs, and their families in the New York state counties of St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton, Essex and Jefferson, and to provide these individuals with lifelong opportunities and choices that promote their independence, inclusion and an enhanced quality of life.
