CCEO, Inc. YouthBuild is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive services to young adults residing in South Los Angeles and living in "at-risk" conditions. We offer young people a second chance to build the educational, occupational, and leadership skills necessary to become economically self-sufficient while contributing to their families and community.
