The Centro Binacional para el Desarrollo Indígena Oaxaqueño (CBDIO) or Binational Center for the Development of the Indigenous Communities (CBDIO), is a nonprofit corporation, exempt from Federal income tax as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

CBDIO's mission is: Given the ancestral problems, promote the civic participation, economic, social and cultural development of the indigenous communities.

Our vision is to achieve the wellbeing, equality, and self-determination of the indigenous communities.
