Description

The Central PA Animal Alliance (CPAA) is a coalition of individuals and 55 animal rescues and shelters working to end the killing of animals as the means of animal population control. We are doing this through aggressive spay/neuter programs, adoptions, and public outreach and education. CPAA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
