Description

CNY SNAP provides a program of low cost spaying and neutering of cats and dogs. The surgery is done by veterinarians and veterinarian assistants provided by Shelter Outreach Services. CNY SNAP provides the facilities and does the scheduling of surgery. To date over 9000 cats and dogs have been steralized in the program Also, over 450 cats have been adopted into homes through the program.
