Central Illinois Youth Symphony


The Central Illinois Youth Symphony was founded in 1965 and services over 175 students from a 90 mile radius in central Illinois. It includes 1 string orchestra, 2 full orchestras, a flute choir, clarinet choir, brass ensemble, percussion ensemble, wind quintet and string quartets. The organization rehearses once a week throughout the school year and holds at least two concerts per year.
