Description

CISAR is a NO-KILL rescue and shelter.

We rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for, abandoned, neglected, abused, animals in need. If no home can be found we care for the animal for its lifetime, providing shelter and medical care

We also help people keep their animals in their homes by providing assistance with medical care and food expenses.

We work with other animal rescues , humane societies, and county organizations that have no adoption facilities.

We have been in existence for over 7 years in a 100 year old dairy barn that has been converted into a shelter; and have recently added a new low-cost veterinary clinic.
