Description

Free maternal and infant healthcare program serving Citrus, Hernando, Sumter and Lake counties of Florida. Every child deserves a healthy start! That's why doctors and hospitals screen pregnant women and newborns for risk factors. If clients are found to be "at risk" for unhealthy outcomes, we provide free, voluntary targeted services. Since it's inception in 1991, we have seen an 18% decrease in infant mortality in Florida. Ask for your Healthy Start screen today!
