Description

CADC is a private nonprofit community action agency with the mission of improving the quality of life and building strong communities in Arkansas. CADC provides programs and services to help empower and build the capacity of low income individuals, families and communities in Central and South Arkansas. Programs include Senior Activity Centers, Head Start, Transportation, Li-HEAP, Economic Literacy, Individual Development Accounts, Weatherization, Single Parent Scholarship Fund, Commoditiy Food Distribution, Community Development and Family Development. CADC provides services in 12 counties, including Calhoun, Clark, Columbia, Dallas, Hot Spring, Lonoke, Montgomery, Ouachita, Pike, Pulaski, Saline, and Union counties.
