Description
Center of Movement is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching essential life skills to underserved communities through the art of yoga.
We provide free to low-cost weekly yoga and health related classes to children, school teachers, and our local community in Northern California. Our programs are specially designed for children to provide tools to build and maintain a positive self-image and self-esteem.
