Description
Nationally accredited community senior center with lifelong learning classes, including the arts and humanities; health promotion and fitness programs and activities; social services; housing counseling; and, volunteer opportunities. Founded in 1968, Center in the Park (CIP) is located in historic Vernon Park in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. Approximately 6,000 members participate annually, including 1,000 homebound consumers.
