The Center for the Advancement of Women (CFAW) is an independent, nonpartisan think-tank dedicated to research-based advocacy for change in public attitudes and better treatment of women. Founded in 1995, CFAW conducts unique national research among women and raises awareness about their life experiences and opinions through mass media and interactive technology. CFAW is committed to broad exposure of women’s status and top priorities, including domestic violence, equality, economic opportunity, reproductive health and lifestyles.
