commitment to provide mental health treatment services to individuals, and families, and witnesses who have been affected due to a crime. In addition, we recognize how imperative it can be to provide Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and training for all First Responders. We believe that all Victims of Crime and First Responders of Western North Carolina should have access to high quality, culturally appropriate, comprehensive services by: Commitment to Victims of Crime, Commitment to First Responders, Quality Training, Accountability, Creating Social Change, Quality Services, Leadership, Unity and collaboration with the community.
